Rates: between 170-185€ per night, and between 900 - 1250€ per week, depending on season. Cleaning fee 50€ for short stays of less than 1 week. Minimum stay is 4 nights, but in high season one week with changeover on Saturday. Prices include local tax, water, and electricity. House- and bathlinen are provided; wireless internet and phonecalls to landlines in 15 EU countries, US and Canada are free. Special rates for longer stays!
